MaxIT's New state-of-the-art support center allows licensed customers to interact with product specialists, create and track support tickets and search the support knowledgebase. Chances are if you need help, we have already supported another customer on a similar issue.
Support Programs
In order to receive direct support, or purchase support packages, you must have a user ID and product license, which is provided to all customers at the time of purchase. Support currently is provided on an annual basis and is included with all products for the first year of your license. At any time after the first year, support can be renewed on an annual basis for either 20% of your original license fee or a pre-established minimum fee depending on the product invested in.
