E-Learning Subscription

In our early days of starting our business, MaxIT developed a number of AIM award wining self-paced training products. Much of the content was OEM'd to larger CBT developers where they put their private label and brand on the content, and we're proud to say that literally, millions of people have used our training over the years. We take great pride on offering the best quality training products and the lowest possible price. You can access any of the products from CD, from the LearnerWeb LMS (our online learning portal/university), or from your own server with or without an LMS. You can also have any combination of courses delivered off-the-shelf or customized to your specific needs.

Most of our learning content has been developed in the easy to use and powerful Visual Course Builder. The only exception to this is our Safety Content Subscription which includes multiple delivery options (instructor guides, self-paced, printable tests...) and is described in more detail on the Safety subscription pages. All of content includes a source code license option which allows you to further customize the content to your needs.

For those with experience with the concept of learning objects, there are hundreds of discrete learning units available in this content library that fall into 4 ranges and topical groupings or what you might call a course.

<Start Shameless Plug> When using the LearnerWeb LMS, you can regroup / resequence the topics and learning units any way you want to suite the needs of your target audience. For example you may want to compose a new course called "Office 2007 Skills for Admin Assistants". You can easily and quickly extract lessons from the Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Vista courses (lesson = learning objects) to cover the content you want as a new and discrete course to offer your work force.  You also can blend in other training deliveries such as classroom training or on-the-job training so that the course you are creating leverages all appropriate training deliveries for your need. Desktop Applications and ICDL (International Computer Drivers License)
Comprehensive training on Microsoft Office, Other Desktop Applications and certification prep / training for ICDL which is used to ensure a consistent and desired level of IT knowledge that many international employers are now requiring. [learn more]

New Hire Orientation
This range is a series of courses that clients can modify that offers a professional and comprehensive new hire orientation and workforce readiness training covering topics about the company, performance, safety awareness, code of conduct and ethics, FAQs and Contacts.

Health & Safety Compliance Series
The Health and Safety series comprises approximately 70 topics of band-width friendly content in both English and Spanish featuring full narration, course handouts, and printable tests.  Delivery options are instructor guides, web-based or CD-rom. Our Safety content is used and endorsed by firms internationality. The courses can be personalized by your organisation or by us to provide a professional and traceable O.H. and S. induction specific to your workplace. Topics includes over 26 Safety-Health lessosn, Environmental, Oil Field and Other, which includes DOT Driver Wellness and Tanker Driving Techniques.

Workforce Development Series
This series targets the skill gap of people entering the business world. Much of the content is ready to run out of the box; however, you can also customize the content if your needs require. Topics include: Business Communications, interperonsal communication, creative problem solving, customer services skills, time and stress management.

Manager Development Series
Supervisors, team leaders and managers will benefit from the skills and techniques covered in this libary of interactive content. Like all MaxIT content libraries, the source code of the content is available for you to customize or extend the content. Topics include: Accounting Basics, Change Management, Continuous Improvement (to systems and process), Effective Project Management skills, effective workplace relationship skills, leadership and motivation, Managaing to achieve planned outcomes (managing in a budget), managing quality customer service, managing teams, managing workplace information, negotiation skils, work planning skills, workplace learning.
