Document Management for LearnerWeb Enterprise


LearnerWeb Enterprise now supports document management with rules based access to documents.

LearnerWeb Enterprise now supports document management with rules based access to documents. This new feature allows you to upload any type of document (PDF, Word, Excl, PPT...) direclty to the LMS and associate the document with a course, person, class or history record.

Administrators can create unlimitted document categories such as resume, certificate, vendor order form, outline, course pre-work, course materials, research library and associate the categories to certain areas of the system. Document types can also have levels of access such as anyone not enrolled, must be enrolled, must be finished, no access.

Document management can also be integrated with our LearnerWeb Barcode Engine. This add-on module allows you to print barcodes on rosters, assessments and cover pages. The trainer collects the documents, faxes or scans them to the system and by reading the bar code automatically files the documents and tells the trainer / training coordinator the document was received and if applicable certain documents are still needed.

With document management you can complement and document the learning experience for the users and the auditors!
